There are so many terrifying stories about cruel nannies and their horrible treatment of children. They were hitting babies, yelling on them, also there were thefts commited by the nannies. I don't say that all the nannies are the same, but after that you understand that even agencies can't garantee the sanity of their nannies and therefore the safety of your baby.
Do you have nanny? If yes, how did you find her? Do you use video camera or dictating machine for checking her?
