These days, as parents we are so busy working and trying to take care of all the things that need to be done, sometimes we are too busy to even say more than hello to the other parents as we pass them at school or at choir practice. This is where our section on Parenting Communities comes in. Sometimes, all we really need is a sounding board, some encouragement or parenting advice from someone who has already made it through what we are experiencing. The purpose of the Parenting Communities section is to provide you with parenting forums, places that you can go to talk to other parents and exchange ideas, thoughts, and solutions. We have a wide variety of topics ranging from cancer to child abuse to sites about dealing with troubled teens to just everyday parenting woes. These sites will not only provide you with parenting advice and tips, but they will also allow you to talk directly with other parents who are experiencing similar issues with their own kids. It really helps to know that you are not alone and that there is help and support readily available and waiting for you in our Parenting Communities section. You will find true peace of mind in knowing that anytime of the day or night you can communicate with other parents about the relevant issues in your world and still maintain your anonymity if you so desire. On line chats can be a great source of strength for a parent in need of support.
